Maruti Suzuki Swift has been there on roads for quit a long time now and customers seem to be highly satisfied with the performance of this car. Even Maruti has been working really hard to provide customers with the best.
The news about the launch of the new Swift was there a long time back and the car is finally getting launched in the month of october.
There will be quit a lot number of changes in both interiors as well as exteriors.
The new Swift comes with:
- Bigger lamps which look better than the previous one's.
- Back tail lights have been peeled.
- Round shaped fog lights.
- Steering wheel with music and telephone controls.
- 16" Alloy wheels for top variant and descent wheel covers for lower one's.
- All new look for the front and rear bumpers.
- Front grill with few changes.
- Instrument cluster finished in silver and black.
- Turn indicators at the edge of rear view mirror.
- Automatic climate control.
Few specifications:
- Available in 1.2 Liter petrol and 1.3 liter diesel engine.
- 93 horsepower(55 kW/75 PS) and 73 for diesel.
- 190 Nm(87 ft-lb) of torque.
- Available in automatic as well as manual transmission in petrol engine.
- Manual transmission only in diesel engine.
- Wheel base of 2,430 mm.
- 2.5% longer than befor in size.
- 0 to 100Km/hr in 12.3 sec.
- Top speed of 160 Km/hr.
It is expected to give quit a good average of around 22km/lt on highway and around 15 km/lt in city.
