After a long time there is something for the Nokia lovers. Nokia recently launched its new OS 'Symbian Anna' with the launch of Nokia X7 and E6 in an event named 'Get to know Symbian Anna' and ZOMG which gave a quick look at what Nokia is upto these days.
We didn't see something really interesting in it except that the icons are now round in shape and transition animations follow your touch when you scroll and like the android or iOS you can now scroll the between the main home screen pages. It offers HTML 5 and the hardware acceleration with a quit descent look.The browser 7.3 offers multi touch and supports flash lite.
The older T9 keypad has been replaced by a much better QWERTY keypad, the Ovi maps along with the email applications have been improved.
Even though Nokia managed to do something good to themselves but it cannot help regain them their lost position.Something which can help Nokia is the yet to come Nokia's 'Symbian Belle' which is going to be an altogether different platform and according to Nokia 'Symbian Belle' is going to be a much better platform than android.
